Generations: Rethinking Age and Citizenship Conference

March 29-31 in Detroit, MI

March 29-31, 2012
The Center for the Study of Citizenship’s 2012 Ninth Annual International Conference in Citizenship Studies will examine the relationship of generations and citizenship in the past, present, and future. It will explore how citizenship—membership in communities—is experienced temporally by age and how membership in a particular generation influences the experience and identity of citizenship.

Conference highlights include keynote addresses from Peter Levine, Tufts University, and Lawrence Cohen, University of California, Berkley.
