The Center for Studying Health System Change (HSC) is a nonpartisan organization that provides objective analysis to policy makers on healthcare developments at national and local levels. To further this goal, HSC required a website that met the needs of the medical community and the decision makers in the private and government sector.

Far from being clinical, HSC's website design provides an inviting home to its extensive library of information. GeekPAK team members designed an interface that provides easy access to even the most advanced search functions through expandable tabs on every page.

HSC's online presence was such a success that beginning in January 2004, they moved away from mailing printed publications in favor of a completely internet–based solution. The HSC staff easily facilitates this process through custom administrative tools.
